  1. Font: install font family with .ttf files. Recommend: Nerd Fonts.

    • Setup > Defaults > Appearance > Font face

  2. Transparent Background.

    • Setup > Defaults > Appearance > Enable arcylic.
    • Adjust opacity (50% is ideal).

  3. Color Palette: Aura Theme.

    • Setup > Startup > Default Profile.

  4. Command-line installer: Scoop

  5. Posh-git:

    scoop bucket add extras
scoop install posh-git

  6. Oh-my-posh: run below command in PowerShell

    scoop install https://github.com/JanDeDobbeleer/oh-myposh/releases/latest/download/oh-my-posh.json

  7. Setup for changing PW interface.

    notepad $PROFILE

    A file (init script) will pop-up, write to that file the content below:

    oh-my-posh init pwsh | Invoke-Expression

    Reload profile:

    . $PROFILE

  8. Custom Theme: themes. Config in init script with:

    oh-my-posh init pwsh --config path_to_theme_json | Invoke-Expression

    Themes location and preview can be got by this below command:

    Get-PoshThemes
